Instructions for use:This equipment is recommended for works on roofs, metal frames and all works requiring important movements distant from the anchorage point. It must be used by one single person at the same time. Choose a resistant anchorage point, 15 kN minimum. Check that the anchorage operation is carried out correctly. Make certain no obstacle impedes cable normal unwinding. The user must always be strapped correctly, and the harness properly fixed to the cable end. Before use, checkharnesses, karabiners and cables. Sharp edges and corrosion must be excluded. After a fall or every 12 months, return the fall arrester for inspection to the manufacturer or one of his qualified representatives. Replacing parts on fall arresters is strictly forbidden. It is recommended to provide every user with a protector. Inspect the protector before use and in case of doubt, oxidation or deformation, return it to the manufacturer or one of his qualified representatives. Check that theequipment anchorage point is located above the user or that the general lay-out does not allow any free fall or any pendular movement if a fall occurs. According to the equipment used, check that the clearance under the user is high enough. Leave 1.50m minimum under user's feet.

Limits to use:Do not use this equipment out of its usage specifications defined in the instructions above. Be careful about pendular effect during equipment use.

Instructions for storage:Store the equipment in a temperate, dry and ventilated room.

Instructions for cleaning / maintenance:Clean under water, wipe with a dry cloth and hang it up in a ventilated room.

Performances :This fall arrester complies with the European directive 89/686, notably regarding design, manufacture and test methods, and with EN360 standard and with EN362 standard for ref. AM002.
