Ensure that they arecorrectly fitted, adjusted, maintained and inspected in accordance with these instructions. If these instructions are notcomplied with, the protection provided by the ear plugs will be considerably reduced.ADJUSTMENTS :Ensure that the ear plugs are correctly inserted, adjusted and worm according to the instructions below. The followingmanipulations must always be carried out with clean hands:Unfold the headband. Present the plugs opposite the ears and pull down on the ear lobe to open the ear canal. Insert the plugusing slight pressure. The headband must be positioned under the chin.Limits to use:Do not use earplugs out of their usage specifications defined in the instructions above. In the presence of background noise(less than 80 dB), check that the ear plugs attenuate correctly without allowing noise through, otherwise, reposition them.Wear the ear plugs for as long as the exposure to the noise persists. To remove them, follow the same procedure as forinsertion. Caution # removing the plugs too rapidly may damage the ear drum. CONICAP ear plugs belong to the #averagesize# category. Ear plugs compliant with EN352-2 belong to the #average size# category. Average size ear plugs are suitablefor most users. Contact with the skin may cause allergic reactions in sensitive persons. Keep out of reach of children as small parts may be easily swallowed.Instructions for storage:Ear plugs should be stored in a cool, dry environment, out of frost and light and protected from dust, grease or chemicalproducts. When not in use, the ear plugs should be kept in their original packaging. The condition of the ear plugs should bechecked regularly.Instructions for cleaning / maintenance:Reusable ear plugs should be inspected and cleaned prior to each re-use, carefully removing any traces of wax or dirt using aclean, damp cloth. Do not use any detergent, disinfectant or chemical products without consulting us first.
